In the magnificent Vieste, in the Marchionna n. 12 location there is a luxury country house where life rolls on according

to the rhythms of the past, far from the crowds and from the urban centre.

There are double rooms, terraced houses and apartments surrounded by lots of open spaces. All of these have been tastefully furnished in harmony with the classic style of the noble family home and offer customers the serenity and the enchanted atmosphere of Torre Silvana that favours a

lengthy stay.



The entire complex (20.000 square metres) is situated in an age-old olive grove that grows on a beautiful hillside with a panoramic view over the famous Pizzomunno promenade and of the ’del Castello’ beach.

Inside the complex there is a 15th century watchtower that used to be used to defend the population from the Turks

and pirates. Great attention is paid to the art of cooking the typical dishes of the Puglia cuisine using locally produced extra virgin olive oil from first pressing.

Der gesamte Komplex (20.000 mē) liegt inmitten eines Jahrhunderte alten Olivenhains an einem wunderschönen Hügel mit Aussicht auf die bekannte Strandpromenade von Pizzomunno und auf das Schloss.

In der Anlage befindet sich auch ein Wachturm aus dem 15. Jh., der zur Verteidigung gegen die Türken und Piratendiente. Der Kochkunst widmen wir besondere Aufmerksamkeit, mit Gerichten aus der apulischen Gastronomie und unserem nativen Olivenöl aus erster Pressung.
